Elizabeth's Wolf - Lora Leigh - Review

Elizabeth's Wolf  - Lora Leigh

The Breed Series #3 - Wolf Breeds 1

BE WARNED: Blistering heat from the pages may require you to change your...... panties.

Lora Leigh is one of my (many) favourite authors, she is able to blend both action and sex that would melt the Arctic, seamlessly while drawing you into the ongoing plot line that hooks you into serial reads. The Breeds are just trying to carve out a free life in the world they were created to. Elizabeth’s Wolf to date is my favourite in the series. The Author’s note is a compelling reminder of those who fight for freedom and the prefect lead in.

Dash Sinclair is definitely a lone wolf that is Alpha male, but what like about him is that he is considerate of the needs and feelings of those around him. He is  arrogate in his belief that he has no friends when the chips are down. And let us not forget he is one perfectly hot hunky soldier, that you would what to have rescue you. Cool as a cucumber, dangerous, lethal and sexy as hell.

I adored Cassie the determined mini matchmaker that halls Dash back from the edge of death with an innocent letter full of life and love. She is as cute as a button when bribes Dash for chocolate! And she has the best line “Wolfs eat Cats”

The chemistry between Dash and Elizabeth, was a slow building flame that built into a roaring fire. Elizabeth doesn’t let her guard down and I liked that she didn’t just trust Dash on face value. Her  character is strong without that hard edge, she has a fighting spirit that drives her, to protect her daughter, while keeping it together, making her believable.

It’s a great read but there are a few things about the book that I not sure about the end could have had a little more punch and the cover the kiss in the background is too faded out. But I still brought it and it has been re-read many times over.
